Correspondence & Withdrawal Policy

All communication regarding admissions or other official matters should be addressed to the Administration Office of Kodaikanal Public School, MM Street, Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu 624101

Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that all official correspondence is directed only to the Principal and not to individual members of the staff. Important documents, letters, or fees should not be sent through students.

  2. For withdrawals at the end of the academic year, written notice must be submitted on or before March 31. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Caution Deposit.

  3. The Caution Deposit will also be forfeited if a student is dismissed from the school for any reason.

  4. If notice of withdrawal is given after May 1, one term’s fee will be charged.

  5. Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all outstanding dues have been cleared with the school.
